Here’s how it works: We’ve kept the Metro design minimalist. The standard finishes are all carefully chosen to give you a cool city look without a big price tag. Some of our features are designed to be more neutral – kitchen counters and cabinets are a good example, but you can add color there too. You might be more than happy with our basic plan, the most affordable choices for finishes chosen by designers who know how to get the most from every dollar. Or, add one or several upgrades to complete a totally customized space. The first level homes come with popular concrete floors and upper levels have flooring choices of other man-made materials. Upgrade with carpeting or hardwood floors. In the kitchen, bathrooms and in lighting and fixtures, we’ve also stuck to a clean, basic look. But you might choose to splurge on our funky light fixtures, a conversation piece. Or maybe you’re dying for a commercial grade stainless steel cook-top for those gourmet parties.
