Minneapolis or St. Paul? The truth is, a little bit of both! Our address is St. Paul, but we’re a block from Minneapolis, our closest neighbors are at Emerald Gardens to the south and Prospect Park across the street on the other side of Emerald Avenue. The neighborhood is urban, funky, eclectic. Near the U and Dinkytown. Probably near work or near your friends.

Like hanging out in Minneapolis?

You can do that. Cross the street and you’re there. We love the trails along the river, the U of M, Dinkytown, and getting to downtown concerts, the Metrodome and the Warehouse District, all in about 8 minutes. Take University Avenue west and get to some great new restaurants in Northeast across the Hennepin Bridge. With immediate access to University Avenue, Highway 94 and Highway 280, you can get anywhere in the Twin Cities pretty quickly. And once the Central Corridor Light Rail line runs down University, getting to work or to fun with be even easier.

We’ve designed our lofts at The Metro, like those at our nearby Emerald Gardens, to have a neighborhood feeling. We’re building new homes in the middle of an existing eclectic area where store owners, restaurants, non-profit agencies and homeowners make an interesting soup. Get on 94 and be at a Wild game or the Landmark Center in a few minutes. Or take a class in East Asian studies at one of several first-rate colleges within 5 miles. Go to tango night at the Loring Pasta Bar. Or find yoga or tai chi even closer.
